    Employees sit through a boring meeting about rules and regulations CA Connect has always had established rules and regulations for all of jobs. All employees have to follow them. An important meeting has been planned to review all of the procedures. Jonathan wonders if the rigid nature of CA Connect's detailed rules and regulations is helpful. Maybe there needs to be simpler guidelines and structure that offers more flexibility.
    Choice 1 Restructure how you work with the management team. Have cross-division meetings with freedom of discussion.Set up specific ways to plan and run meetings so that people can plan their time.
    Choice 2 Tell supervisors they should handle all problems between union reps and workers. Management should make sure all procedural documents are current. Encourage supervisors and managers to follow up and have annual meetings.
    Choice 3 Tell management to stop having so many meetings because they are not effective. Suggest instead that they discuss problems during breaks and to improve communication, have a party once a month where everyone is invited and can socialize.
