This approach would be used in a Noble Enterprise. It allows free flow of ideas across organizations, opens the discussion to all and creates guidelines that respect peoples’ time.
Choice 2
This approach would not be used because it basically maintains tight structure and control and employees have no say in how their jobs are done.
Choice 3
This approach would not be used because although it attempts to address poor communication issues, it does not create a forum where workers have the freedom to perform their jobs effectively.
